Originally from New York, IB Gone in 60 Secs' founder Matthew J. Manfredi has a vision for showcasing and connecting International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) students around the world. An impassioned educator and innovator for over twenty years, he has worked internationally since 2010. He holds New York State Certifications in School Administration, Social Studies, and Physical Education. He was awarded recognition for Exceptional Teaching from Stanford University's Teacher Tribute Initiative. He has also earned Harvard University's Certificate in School Management and Leadership. This is a joint program of the Harvard Graduate School of Education and Harvard Business School. He is currently the Head of School at an IB World school in Norway. For fun he enjoys spending time with his daughter Kayley, watching and playing ice hockey and golf, he is a rescue scuba diver and better than average snowboarder!
